FORT LAUDERDALE,
FL-The American Swimming Coaches Association is
pleased to announce that eight individuals have
been selected to the
2007 Class of the group's mentorship program:
the Fellows.
The
individuals selected as the 2007 Class of the
ASCA Fellows are:
-Robin Heller, Seastars Aquatics (Pensacola,
Florida)
-Adam Kennedy, U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis,
Maryland)
-Horst Miehe, Howick Pakuranga Swimming
(Auckland, New Zealand)
-Dustin Perry, Walla Walla Swim Club (Walla
Walla, Washington)
-Kevin Rytel, Brophy East Swim Team (Phoenix,
Arizona)
-Ben Sheppard, Oakland Undercurrent (Oakland,

-Joe Zemaitis, Swim Neptune (Scottsdale,

ups are at 5:15PM and the Meet starts at 6:00PM

Catch a
free webcast of finals from Nationals

USA Swimming will air a free webcast of the finals
each night from the ConocoPhillips USA Swimming
National Championships, July 31-Aug. 4, in
Indianapolis. Finals begin each night at 6 p.m. ET.
Tune in at usaswimming.org.

Pendleton TIMELINE for Sunday
07/07/07
Last day of the meet and
more great times along with another "NEW" sectional
cut. Good job WALL! Warm-ups for 13 & overs
should begin around 12:30pm (estimate) so show up
early for stretching.
Pendleton TIMELINE for Saturday
07/06/07
According to the
heat sheet, the 12 & under swimmers are scheduled to
end at 11:32AM with a 2:00PM start time for the 13 &
overs.
This would put warm-ups around 12:30.
Please show up early if you need to stretch!
Great swims on Friday evening, I hope we can keep
the momentum going... Bring your sunscreen, it
should be a hot one!

Just a quick note to
remind everyone that warm ups start at 5:00pm on
Friday and there is
no
other warm up or cool down pool. Show up early
if you need time to stretch! GO WALL!
PRACTICE CHANGE!

There will be no
practice this
Thursday the (5th), Saturday (7th) or
Sunday (8th). Enjoy the fireworks and your
family on the 4th and don't worry about the early AM
practice. Swimmers are more than welcome to go
the YMCA and do an nice easy 2000 swim during lap
swim just to stay
loose before the Pendleton Meet.
AM practice on Friday the 6th
will be optional for the Performance Team and will
be from 7:00AM to 9:00AM - everyone is welcome to
attend. The 7th & 8th
we will be at the Pendleton Meet. If you have
any questions, please call or email your coach.
